This local chain specializes in a cuisine from the Paquime culture, which existed in the 14th century in Chihuahua, Mexico. One of the signature items is the Torta Paquime, layers of thick-cut pork sirloin, avocado, tomatoes and jalapeños on a fresh-baked roll. It's served hot or cold.
