Mayor Cleared Of Conflict Of Interest

A former chief justice of the Arizona Supreme Court has reviewed allegations of conflict of interest against Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon and determined the mayor hadn't violated election or conflict-of-interest laws by dating his chief fundraiser.
